CareerSearch has entered into a strategic partnership with Nordic Alpha Partners (www.napartners.dk), where we jointly build up, develop and maintain a SWAT team of CxO top candidates, who can be included in the planning and execution of NAP’s investment activities. Furthermore, CareerSearch participates as a sparring partner when portfolio companies need to attract and select an optimal CxO-team.

NAP has recognized the importance of knowing the best CxO candidates in advance. Thus, the SWAT team is a strategic element in NAP’s investment strategy. Based on CareerSearch’s experience in building up top management networks, CareerSearch has been awarded the task of managing and administering the SWAT team at NAP.
