CareerSearch is based on the idea that we need to know the best candidates within IT. Therefore, we have over the last fifteen years, built up the strongest network of top candidates within Management, Sales, Marketing and Business development, who all have the competencies and experience to help growth companies towards success.

We regularly scan the market for relevant candidates when we solve tasks for our customers, and when we identify stars, we invite them into our private network. We call this, “CareerSearch Club”. We also enroll new members based upon recommendations from current members.
